How do I upgrade my organization to GlassFrog Premium?

Any administrator in your organization can upgrade your organization's account to GlassFrog Premium. If you have Administrator privileges, you will see an "Upgrade to Premium" link in the top left of your menu sidebar.


You can also click on "Billing & Plans" from the Admin section to see your plan details.



To pay by credit card: 

  •  Add your credit card information, then click "Save Card"
  • Then click the "Upgrade to Premium" button
  • Note that the contact email your provide will receive receipts and billing related notifications.

Once you have upgraded, a prompt will open asking whether to enroll everyone in the Habit support Program or to Manage the program. If you wish to keep viewer accounts, please be aware that enrolling them in the program will make them loose this status.


To pay by invoice:
 

Send an email to: support@glassfrog.com with the following information to have us set up monthly invoicing:

  • Billing contact name
  • Billing email
  • Billing physical address

Note that if you have requested invoiced billing, you will no longer see the Billing & Plans menu item, and you will need to email support@glassfrog.com to make changes to the billing information for your account.
