What are Viewer accounts?

For billing purposes, GlassFrog treats organization members that meet all of the following criteria as "Viewer" accounts:

  • hold no role and are not in any circles
  • not enrolled in Habit Support
These users can view the organization, but they generally cannot make changes to the organization, although they can view and edit tags.

Any member, old or new, will be automatically marked as a viewer account if they meet the above criteria. The only way to change an account from a viewer account to a regular account, or vice versa, is to change the above conditions (e.g. enrolling the viewer member in the Habit Program or assigning them to a role).


Billing

  • Viewer accounts are not counted in the monthly billing totals, so they are free of charge to your GlassFrog Premium organization.  
  • As an Admin you can see which accounts fall into the above categories by reviewing the "Organization Members" from the Admin menu and noting the VIEWER tag.
