For billing purposes, GlassFrog treats organization members that meet all of the following criteria as "Viewer" accounts:
- hold no role and are not in any circles
- not enrolled in Habit Support
Any member, old or new, will be automatically marked as a viewer account if they meet the above criteria. The only way to change an account from a viewer account to a regular account, or vice versa, is to change the above conditions (e.g. enrolling the viewer member in the Habit Program or assigning them to a role).
Billing
- Viewer accounts are not counted in the monthly billing totals, so they are free of charge to your GlassFrog Premium organization.
- As an Admin you can see which accounts fall into the above categories by reviewing the "Organization Members" from the Admin menu and noting the VIEWER tag.
