What happens to projects when role-fillers change or are removed?

What happens to project assignments when role-fillers change? Here's what happens in several different situations:

• When an unassigned role gets a new role-filler, all projects belonging to that role are assigned to the new role-filler.
• When a role filled by one person is reassigned to a new role-filler, all projects belonging to that role transfer to the new role-filler.
• When a role-filler is removed, the projects assigned to the person leaving the role are unassigned. Once someone is added to the role, they will inherit any unassigned projects belonging to that role.
