# Migrate Holaspirit account to GlassFrog

### How do I import my Holaspirit organization into GlassFrog?

So you've decided to get a different support tool for your organizational system but don't want to bother recreating the entire structure for your organization?

GlassFrog allows to import existing structures from a **.JSON file**, and the best part is you don't have to do anything, our support team takes care of it for you! Contact [support@glassfrog.com](mailto:support@glassfrog.com) for assistance.

**Data that gets migrated:**

- Circles and roles (that includes domains and accountabilities),

- Role and circle policies,

- Role and circle notes,

- Circle metrics and checklist items,

- People (but it does not send them welcome emails),

- Role assignments,

- Projects (and associates them with people and roles),

- Actions (and associates them with people, circles, and projects),

- Agenda items (and associates them with people).

- You also have the option to send emails with login info for members who haven’t received emails yet.
