All members have access to download a list of your GlassFrog organization's roles, their circles and role-fillers.
- In the main menu, select Membership Lists and then click on the Download as CSV button next to the "All roles" entry:
- The report will include:
- All roles in the organization sorted by circle and role name
- Names of the members filling the roles, including their focus, if any
- Separate entries if roles are multi-filled
- Indicator if the role-filler has been excluded from meetings (only a factor in v4.1 GlassFrog, deprecated in v5)
- Blank spots where roles are not currently filled
