Enhance GlassFrog Premium with the AI Assistant add-on
AI Assistant is a paid add-on feature available to GlassFrog Premium subscriber organizations.
GlassFrog Admins can add AI Assistant from the Billing & Plans page, found in the left-hand sidebar menu, in the Admin section of the sidebar:
Note: As discussed below, there will be slight differences in the checkout behavior depending on whether your organization is currently subscribed via Stripe Checkout or GlassFrog's legacy billing system.
Billing & Plans
Once you're on the Billing & Plans page, choose one of the plans that includes the AI Assistant add-on. This will take you to Stripe Checkout, where you will see the total and confirm the transaction.
Legacy Billing
If you are on GlassFrog's legacy billing system (which bills at the beginning of each month for usage in the prior month), you must convert to our newer Stripe Checkout billing system to add our add-ons or switch to Annual billing. When converting between these systems, there will be a prorated charge for the portion of the month that has already passed, along with the charge for the upcoming month (or year). To convert to Stripe Checkout and upgrade to include AI Assistant, choose "Pay Monthly" or "Pay Yearly" under a plan including that add-on, and you will be taken to Stripe Checkout, where you will see the total and confirm the transaction.
