If you're an Admin for a GlassFrog organization, you can request that the organization be deleted. Send an email to support@glassfrog.com with the following information:
- Organization name as it appears in GlassFrog
- Statement that you are an Admin of the organization and that you are requesting that the organization be deleted.
Notes:
After you email us, we'll start the process of deleting the organization from our production servers. Afterwards, information associated with the organization will only be present within long-term backups of the servers, which are safely retained in secure AWS servers under encryption, and therefore cannot be edited. If the backups are restored for any reason, this request will be completed again promptly.
