How do I change the name of my organization?

Admins can change the organization name in the Organization Settings menu

To edit or change the name of your organization:

You need to be logged in as an administrator,
Go to your Admin menu of the left sidebar and select "Organization Settings".
This will take you to a screen that allows you to edit your organization name, industry, time zone, icon, and preferred language.
When you're done editing, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the interface.
