Projects and Actions can be associated with each other, or left independent. Associations can be made from either the Actions or the Projects pages.
From the Actions page or from the plus sign (+) next to the Actions menu:
- When you add or update an existing Action, you can select a Project to link it to. This will automatically update the Circle and Role based on the selected Project.
From the Projects page:
- Existing actions associated with a project can be seen as a checklist below the Project.
- Use the checkbox to mark an action as complete.
- Use the "Add an action" area to insert a new action.
