How do I add a tension on the GlassFrog mobile app?

In the GlassFrog Mobile app for iOS and Android, from any tab you can quickly add a tension selecting the + sign.


You will be able to add your tension following the prompts:
     

After you add your tension you will be able to see it in the Inbox tab.
