Editing billing information on GlassFrog

How do I update my credit card and billing information?

Please note that you will only be able to update your billing information if your organization is set to pay by credit card (rather than invoice). For payment via invoice, please visit this page

Only an organization admin can update the billing information or credit card on file.

If you're an admin, under the Admin menu, select Billing & Plans.

At the bottom of the page, you'll have two options:

  • You can choose to replace your credit card on file, which will allow to replace the card number and any information linked to it.
  • or you can edit your billing information, that would include changing the billing contact (name and email) for your organization, updating an expiration date on a card, or adding any information you'd want showing on the monthly invoice from the "Bill to Info" section.
