For billing purposes GlassFrog treats organization members that meet all of the following criteria as "Viewer" accounts: 

  • hold no roles
  • not in any circles
  • not an Admin 
  • not enrolled in Habit Support.

Such a member can view the organization, but they generally cannot make changes to the organization. (They can, however, view and edit tags.)

Any member, old or new, will be automatically marked as a viewer account if they meet the above criteria.  The only way to change an account from a viewer account to a regular account, or vice versa, is to change the above four conditions.



Billing 

  • Viewer accounts are not counted in the monthly billing totals and thus are free to your premium organization.  
  • As an Admin you can see which accounts fall into the above categories by reviewing the "Account Members" selection off of the Admin menu and noting the viewer tag.
