For billing purposes GlassFrog treats organization members that meet all of the following criteria as "Viewer" accounts:
- hold no roles
- not in any circles
- not an Admin
- not enrolled in Habit Support.
Such a member can view the organization, but can not make changes to the organization.
Any member, old or new, will be automatically marked as a viewer account if they meet the above criteria.
- Viewer accounts are not counted in the monthly billing totals and thus are free to your premium organization.
- As an Admin you can see which accounts fall into the above categories by reviewing the "Account Members" selection off of the Admin menu and noting the viewer tag.
