Having trouble adding a new user to your organization?  It's likely because that same email address has been used in another GlassFrog organization that the user created by mistake or for testing purposes.  That organization can even share the same name because it's stored uniquely.  However GlassFrog does not allow the same email address to be used more than once. 

Solution?  Have the affected user or a GlassFrog Admin email us at: support@glassfrog.com with the details of the test or duplicate organization and the email accounts that are affected.  We'll change the email for the user in the duplicate organization to free up the account.  And if requested, we'll deactivate the organization as well.
