Any administrator in your organization can upgrade your organization's account to GlassFrog Premium.   If you have Administrator privileges, you will see an "Admin" dropdown in the main menu bar.  

Choose "Billing & Plans" from the drop down to see your plan details.

To pay by credit card: 

  •  Add your credit card information, then click "Save Card"
  • Then click "Upgrade to Premium"
  • Note that the contact email your provide will receive receipts and billing related notifications.

To pay by invoice: 

Send an email to: with the following information to have us set up monthly invoicing:

  • Billing contact name
  • Billing email
  • Billing physical address

Note that if you have requested invoiced billing, you will not see the Billing & Plans menu item. 

  • Instead, you will need to email to make changes to the billing for your account.
