As a Lead Link or Administrator in your organization, you can assign people to roles and choose to exclude from meetings. Members assigned to roles excluded from meetings will be role-fillers as normal, but will not be included on the governance and tactical email outputs that GlassFrog sends at the close of a meeting. This is a useful way to enforce the "de minimis" provision in the Holacracy constitution 4.1 (art. 2.3.3).

How to do exclude a role from meetings:
  • In the Roles tab of the circle overview, click on the person icon to assign the role:
  • Fill the field assign to and check the "Exclude" checkbox appears on the role assignment dialogue, as shown below:

  • A role that has been excluded from meetings will show in the roles list as such and will not appear as a core role member in the Circle's Members tab:
