When logged in to GlassFrog, you can use the "Get Support" link found under your Profile picture. 

Accessing support in this way provides our support staff with valuable information about your account that makes it easier to assist you.

Premium organizations will find the Live Chat button at the bottom right corner of the GlassFrog window.

When an Agents is available you will be connected directly with them to help you in real-time.
