Please note that you will only be able to update your billing information if your organization is set to pay by Credit Card (rather than invoiced). For payment via invoice please check How do I set up payment via invoice?

Only an Admin can update the billing information of the organization.

Admins in your organization should see a Billing & Plans option in GlassFrog's Admin menu.



Click Billing & Plans to make changes to your plan selections (upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Free), enter credit card details, or edit contact name. You can also access to your Billing History with a button at the bottom right of the page.
