How do I downgrade from paid (Premium) to Free?

You can easily downgrade your account to the Free version of GlassFrog.

Here's how. First, click "Billing & Plans" in the Admin section of the left-hand sidebar.

Once on the Billing & Plans page, click "Launch Stripe Customer Portal":
