Organizations with 10 or fewer users (including both billable and Viewer accounts) can downgrade to the Free version of GlassFrog, which has fewer features. GlassFrog's Free plan is not available to organizations with over 10 users.
Downgrading to GlassFrog's Free plan is a quick process for any organization admin. First, click "Billing & Plans" in the Admin section of the left-hand sidebar. Once there, click "Manage Billing."
To downgrade, click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm:
