# How do I downgrade from paid (Premium) to Free?

## Learn how to switch from GlassFrog Premium to GlassFrog Free

Organizations with 10 or fewer users (including both billable and [Viewer accounts](https://support.glassfrog.com/what-are-viewer-accounts?hsLang=en)) can downgrade to the Free version of GlassFrog, which has fewer features. GlassFrog's Free plan is not available to organizations with over 10 users.

Downgrading to GlassFrog's Free plan is a quick process for any organization admin. First, click "Billing & Plans" in the Admin section of the left-hand sidebar. Once there, click "**Manage Billing.**"

To downgrade, click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm:
