What features come with GlassFrog Premium?

1. Goals and Targets (OKRs)
Goals and Targets is a dynamic tool that enables you to efficiently track and manage objectives at various levels - be it company-wide, within specific circles, or individual roles. Inspired by the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, this feature provides a structured approach to setting and pursuing strategic goals. Goals and Targets supports OKRs, in addition to other goal tracking methodologies you might be using in your organization.
2. Governance Features
- Create Asynchronous Governance proposals: allow you to propose governance outside of a Governance meeting and record tensions in real-time.
- Role Templates: Customize and simplify the workflow of adding new roles with templates.
- Linked Roles: Get more structural flexibility with linked roles. Roles linked in from another circle can have accountabilities and domains placed on them that are specific to the circle that they're linked into.
3. Transparency Features
- Tagging: Tagging allows you to convey categories easily and bring together disparate elements in your organization.
- Creating a Custom Section on a circle's page: You can make custom sections on your circles pages.
- Meeting Reports: With Meeting Reports, you can see information about each of your organization's circles, such as the number of roles and members in a circle, how long it has been since the last Tactical meeting or Governance meeting and average agenda items processed.
4. Enhanced Support
- Live Chat Support: Get help from GlassFrog Customer Support with live chat in the web app.
- Habit Support Program: The Habit Support Program was designed by our expert coaches to help your team build organizational skills, habits, and practices. You'll receive an email when a new lesson is ready and you can review current and past lessons at any time in GlassFrog. The complete program is currently available in French and English.
- Live Q&A: The Q&A are scheduled monthly. It is a place where you can ask an expert coach about a habit or best practices.
- Slack: Send governance proposals or request projects directly from Slack. Tag roles, teams or circle leads to notify the right people.
- Asana: For members who use Asana as their personal system to track next actions and projects.
- JIRA: Send your team's projects from GlassFrog to your team’s Jira workspace.
- Circle-based Integrations: Are you using group-based tools like Trello or Asana and want to receive GlassFrog notifications there? Now you can with circle-based email notifications.
